Fundraising Galas
A fundraising evening needs more than a beautiful dining room. Reception timing, the stage, speaker audibility and clear presentation of the organization’s mission help connect guests with the purpose of the event.

Lotus Production provides fundraising galas design and production throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland. From our Vienna base, we discuss venues in Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun County, Montgomery County and the District. Your venue, audience, schedule and budget guide the recommended scope.
One connected production
Production design, business catering, stage lighting, room furnishings, presentation support and media coverage can be scoped together. We confirm technical requirements, staffing responsibilities and venue access before committing to a production plan.
A complimentary consultation is the starting point. Share your date, estimated attendance, location, desired services and priorities. Availability, final equipment and service inclusions are confirmed in your proposal.
