Start with your whole celebration
Lotus Production Complete Wedding & Event Services brings event design and execution together for couples in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland. Start with the date, estimated guest count, venue type, overall budget and the experience you want guests to have.
Understand the difference between coordination and production
A production proposal defines the actual services being provided. These may include catering, floral arrangements, photography, videography, DJ services, lighting, rentals and custom ceremony design. Coordination connects the schedule and teams; the full-service scope brings selected production elements together under one experienced team.
Compare collections with a tailored proposal
The Signature, Prestige and Grand wedding collections offer an all-inclusive approach using a flat per-person format. They are typically designed around a minimum of 180 guests. Smaller celebrations can receive a customized package. Your consultation establishes the specific collection inclusions and any substitutions; this guide does not assign unconfirmed features or pricing to a collection.
Tell us what you have already booked
If catering or other services are already arranged through your venue, share those details. Lotus can discuss replacing selected package services with décor, stage design, specialty rentals, drapery, dance-floor details or other agreed offerings. An à la carte proposal is also available.
Plan hospitality and cultural details early
Catering options include American, Persian, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine, with staffing and tableware discussed in the catering scope. Ceremony design may include an American altar and aisle, Persian Sofreh Aghd, Jewish chuppah or Indian mandap. Share traditions, dietary requirements and venue policies before the design is finalized.
