FOUR CULINARY TRADITIONS

Persian. American.
Indian. Middle Eastern.

FOUR CULINARY TRADITIONS, YOUR OWN MENU

A menu should reflect your occasion and the people sharing it. Persian catering may bring saffron rice, grilled specialties and a generous sense of hospitality to the table. American menus offer another direction for a polished seasonal dinner or reception. Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine create further possibilities for flavor, presentation and a menu that feels connected to your guests.

These culinary traditions are starting points for consultation, not fixed menus that every client must accept. We discuss preferred dishes, guest backgrounds, the style of the event and your allocated catering budget. The final proposal confirms the menu and service arrangements; photographs of food are illustrative and should not be read as a list of guaranteed dishes.

COMPLETE HOSPITALITY, BEYOND THE FOOD

The experience depends on how the meal is served as well as how it tastes. Lotus coordinates the food with the waitstaff, servers and bartenders required by the agreed service plan. Glassware, silverware and china are considered alongside the menu so the dining presentation feels complete and supports the practical needs of the event.

Tell us about your proposed schedule, venue access, available kitchen facilities and any restrictions on service. We discuss how the meal will fit around speeches, entertainment, ceremony transitions or a conference program. The written scope establishes staffing and service details. Bartender service does not automatically mean alcohol is supplied; beverage arrangements and venue requirements are confirmed separately.

WEDDING AND SPECIAL EVENT CATERING

A wedding reception can include several distinct hospitality moments, and a milestone celebration may have a different rhythm altogether. We discuss the dining format, guest count and atmosphere you prefer before shaping the service plan. The menu can become part of the overall event identity when it is considered alongside the décor, lighting and reception schedule.

Catering is included within the Signature, Prestige and Grand all-inclusive wedding collections, together with the other stated production categories. Collections are typically structured for at least 180 guests. Events with fewer guests can be discussed through a customized proposal. Clients may also request catering as part of an à la carte combination rather than selecting a complete collection.

CORPORATE DINING AND GUEST REQUIREMENTS

For company events, conferences, government gatherings and fundraising galas, hospitality should work with the program and the time available to guests. Share the agenda, expected attendance and any organizational requirements so the food and service can be planned around the occasion. A polished guest experience starts with practical coordination as well as presentation.

Please raise dietary needs, allergies, religious requirements and ingredient questions during consultation. Accommodation and kitchen procedures must be reviewed and confirmed for the particular event; no photograph or general description implies allergen-free preparation or a specific certification. To begin your catering inquiry, send the date, venue, estimated guest count, preferred cuisine and overall budget. We will use those details to discuss a suitable menu and service approach.

HOW DO WE CHOOSE AN EVENT MENU?

Tell us your guest count, cuisine preferences, desired service style and any dietary requirements or allergies. Venue kitchen access, catering policies, service timing and staffing should be reviewed together. Menus and accommodations are confirmed individually; an inspiration photograph is not a guarantee of a particular menu item.
